Counselors and Educators play a vital role in helping students acquire key personal, education, and career skills. We at NCIS are committed to helping you to help your students get and stay on track. NCIS provides the means for each person to develop their own personal learning plan. Using NCIS information and tools you, the counselors and educators, are able to help each person explore and discover who they are and where they might want to go. Then use this knowledge to make their plan and see the connection between what they are doing now, what is or will be available, and what they need or want for their future.
